LThe workshops at the beginning of 2023 focused on the festivals and events of the season. Through the three languages taught, the children discovered the practices and traditions of the United States, Brazil, and French Guiana (Epiphany with the galette des rois, Candlemas). Three sessions were dedicated to the history of the French Guiana carnival. Also, at the Carnival House, the children put their knowledge into practice and even spoke English and Portuguese. A visit they thoroughly enjoyed!
