Camp sportif

ASK PICS, an intensive 5-day camp led by technical experts recognized for their expertise and coming from the United States, the Caribbean or elsewhere.
It offers young people the opportunity to improve and surpass themselves regardless of their technical level.
A response to give young people back the desire to dream, regardless of their social, cultural or geographical origin.

A camp for everyone

Closed camp without accommodation for young people aged 4 to 17, adapted to each age group and each level.

Several sporting disciplines are on the program.

His principles discipline, a taste for effort, pushing oneself to the limit, team spirit.

His method : intensive training in small groups on individual and collective fundamentals, educational workshops on the sports environment, language workshops, explicit adherence of the camper to the rules of camp life.


Sessions in February or summer holidays: Saint Laurent du Maroni - Cayenne - Kourou.

ASK SPORT ATTITUDE Municipal Challenge

Intercommunal tournament in 3 phases with 3 events (cross relay - cooperative games - team sport).
Offered to young people aged 11 to 16 and takes place from January to June.

"TOP HEALTH BALL" WORKSHOP

A workshop that removes obstacles to engaging in physical activity!

Sport for well-being to feel better in your body and improve your quality of life.

TOP HEALTH BALLS:

- physical activity to stay in shape at your own pace and according to your own measure

- a gentle resumption after a long period of inactivity

- a suitable workshop accessible to people suffering from medical conditions (diabetes, obesity, pain, etc.)

- a personalized welcome

- a set of exercises inspired by basketball, volleyball, handball, football and gymnastics to work all parts of the body.


Adults and seniors :


  • Weekly session of 45 minutes to 1 hour. 10 to 12 participants under the direction of a certified health and sports instructor.
  • Monthly Wellness Morning (open to non-members for a fee)

  • Teenagers :

    Once a week. 1.5-hour session with personalized follow-up. Sport: basketball.

    Open to beginners.
