ASK PERFORMANCE International
sports camp

ASK PICS, a 5-day intensive camp led by technical managers recognized for their know-how and coming from the United States, the Caribbean or elsewhere.
It offers young people the opportunity to improve and surpass themselves, whatever their technical level.
A response to give young people the desire to dream without distinction of social, cultural or geographical origin.

A camp for all

Closed camp without accommodation for young people from 4 to 17 years old, adapted to each age group and each level.

Several sports disciplines are on the program.

Its principles : discipline, taste for effort, surpassing oneself, team spirit.

His method : intensive training in small groups on individual and collective fundamentals, educational workshops on the environment of the sportsman, language workshops, express adherence of the camper to the rules of life of the camp.


Sessions in February or long holidays: Saint Laurent du Maroni - Cayenne - Kourou.

Challenge of the municipalities ASK SPORT ATTITUDE

Intermunicipal tournament in 3 phases with 3 events (relay cross country - cooperative games - collective sport).
Offered to young people aged 11 to 16 and takes place from January to June.

"TOP HEALTH BALL" WORKSHOP

A workshop that removes obstacles to the practice of physical activity!!!

Well-being sport to be better in your body and improve your quality of life.

TOP HEALTH BALLS:

- physical activity to keep in shape at your own pace and measure

- a smooth recovery after a long period of inactivity

- a suitable workshop , accessible to people suffering from pathologies (diabetes, obesity, pain, etc.)

- a personalized welcome

- a set of exercises inspired by basketball, volleyball, handball, football and gym to work all parts of the body.


Adults and seniors

:


  • Weekly session from 45mn to 1h. 10 to 12 participants under the direction of a certified health sports facilitator.
  • Monthly well-being morning (open to non-members for a financial contribution)

  • teenagers

    :

    1 time per week. 1h30 session with personalized follow-up. Sports discipline: basketball.

    Open to beginners.
